Supportive Housing
Each location serves families with a diagnosed disability trapped in the cycle of homelessness. The cycle is broken through supportive housing programs by helping families set goals to gain independence, stability and to reconnect with the community for supportive services, housing and employment.

Senior Housing — HMHI provides 5 locations for low income senior housing. All rents are income based. Each site provides needed supportive services to assist seniors with their independence.
