St. Timothy Manor
in Garfield Heights is on the campus of St. Timothy Catholic
church and is home too 40 units of comfortable, affordable
senior living.
Residents are
welcome to join the many social activities available at the
Manor, including programs provided by Garfield Heights
Senior Center.
Residents
must be 62 years or older with limited income. Rent is based
on each individual’s adjusted income.
Each unit has one
bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen and individual heat and
air conditioning. A large community room and several common
area spaces are included.
Supportive services in all 202’s
include links and referrals to transportation, meals,
housekeeping, personal needs, home health care and senior
activities.
